I am a board-certified neurosurgeon (First-Degree Specialist, Cuba), trained at Hermanos Ameijeiras Teaching Hospital in Havana, Cuba, one of the reference centers of Cuban medicine: a high-volume surgical school where every case is studied and discussed in depth, and where you learn that medicine is practiced with science and with humanity.
From that school I keep the method: study each case carefully, rely on the evidence, and build a treatment plan specific to each case.
Surgery is a tool, not a starting point.
Postgraduate training in Neurosurgery at Hermanos Ameijeiras Teaching Hospital, a national reference hospital in Cuba.
